Since the start of the United States Patriot News it seems our country has been turned upside down. The Leftist media continues to paint the right as “Terrorists” while the President uses the Fed as his personal police force to arrest all those on the right “suspected” of being involved at the Capital incident on Jan. 6, of this year. While most the media on the right feeds the populous the woes of the Biden administration, others feed false hopes of the corruption in Washington coming to an end due to Trump being actively involved in the Republican party. All further instilling fear, hatred, division and panic. So, as a writer I am tasked with the near impossibility of reversing the media agenda. But how?

The socialist agenda of the Left has taken over to the point where they completely throw aside the Constitution in order to preserve their rulership. Bill of rights… (Amendment 1: Free speech/ Freedom of the press) YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Amazon has all joined forces with the Biden Administration (Facebook, the only one confirmed) to block, silence, ban, demonetize and censor all those who appose their ideology. The whole time allowing Antifa and BLM posts, pages, etc.; although their riots ended with more dead, buildings burned, and stores looted. To top it off the Leftist media joined in with the rhetoric calling for the banning of all Conservative media.

H.R.30 – To increase public safety by punishing and deterring firearms trafficking.
H.R.121 – To provide for the hiring of 200 additional Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents and investigators to enforce gun laws.
H.R.125 – To amend Title 18, United States Code, to provide for a 7-day waiting period before a semiautomatic firearm, a silencer, armor piercing ammunition, or a large capacity ammunition magazine may be transferred.
H.R.127 – To provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms, and to prohibit the possession of certain ammunition.
H.R.130 – To require the safe storage of firearms and ammunition, and to require the investigation of reports of improper storage of firearms or ammunition.
H.R.167 – To prohibit the transfer of a firearm at a gun show by a person who is not a federally licensed firearms dealer.

Although the Framers specifically stated …“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” .. Necessary to the security of a FREE STATE, not Government nor Union. Shall not be infringed!!! To further prove the reason behind the 2nd… In Federalist No. 46, Madison wrote how a federal army would be kept in check by state militias.
“Let a regular army, fully equal to the resources of the country, be formed; and let it be entirely at the devotion of the federal government; still it would not be going too far to say, that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger. The highest number to which, according to the best computation, a standing army can be carried in any country, does not exceed one hundredth part of the whole number of souls; or one twenty-fifth part of the number able to bear arms. This proportion would not yield, in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men. To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million of citizens with arms in their hands, officered by men chosen from among themselves, fighting for their common liberties, and united and conducted by governments possessing their affections and confidence. Proving yet again of the intent of the State Militias to defend against a tyrannical federal government and the Unconstitutionality of restricting the type of arms the public is “allowed” to have. Yes they meant all arms…cannons, grenades, etc. The people were to be as well armed as the standing federal armies.

Honorable groups like “The Oath Keepers” a being rounded up while Antifa members and BLM members are not given a second glance. When Antifa rioted after the inauguration, the federal government talking heads again blame it on conservatives. At the lefts order, right leaning groups are taken down one by one. Do you think the same crooked courts that refused to see the election fraud cases are going to abide by the constitution? So much for habeas corpus. How many of the people that broke in during the Kavanaugh hearings were hunted down and arrested? The sixth Amendment has been gone for years as well… when was the last time any criminal case saw a “speedy” trial. Or any court case for that matter…Unless they have vested interest in it.
Where we are…
Some of the worse news is the division in the American populous. Constitutional conservatives are painted as “White Nationalist” no matter the race. No matter the fact that we are the party of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We have to find a way to bridge that gap. The media works hard to divide and have all of the financial backing to do it. Most of us took an Oath to defend the founding documents…and we will.
Texas is leading the call of Constitutional Unity with Texit legislation being proposed to study how Texas would fair as it’s own country. Many states have been rumored to follow for a long time, eighteen from my last count. This excites me and lifts my spirits, in a way. Could the Lone Star State be the American Hero it has always been…once again? I know many across the nation have journeyed here due to the corruption in their states… to Florida too. To the point where there are talks of both our states picking up two more House representatives from each state. This too makes me smile.
There is hope, reach out to the young… BLM supporter you encounter. Talk about your constitutional and civil rights. Did you know, according to my lawyer, that the Police are not to detain you or cuff you without giving you the reason behind it first? (We have a warrant for…, you are suspected of…, someone reported…) If you have a lawyer (and a cell phone)they are supposed to let you call your lawyer immediately if you are being questioned, arrested, or detained. (fyi, police do not like being told this…if you do not have a lawyer on back up you will need one after that). Besides, honestly…how many of you are afraid of the “police state” coming to fruition? I know police officers that fear it becoming a thing one day. So do you blame the BLM movement? Not their actions, the movement.
Unity is what’s important now. As such, the USPN does not support ANY political party, especially the making of more political parties. Our founders spoke of the dangers of political parties and many parties being formed. As of now we have five registered political parties in this country. Republican/ Democrat/ Libertarian/ Green/ Patriot…Can you guess the more united front? I’ll give you a hint, power consumes them ,greed controls them ,and hatred unites them. The elitist democrat party, the media and crooked politicians along with big tech. These form the greatest foe; so how do we defeat them. Shut down or merge the Patriot/ Libertarian/Republican and hold the members accountable to the Constitution.
It’s time “We The People” ran our government not our Government run “We The People”. More political parties are not the answer. All citizens need to Wake up and See that WE THE PEOPLE….are THE MILITIA. We were designed and expected to right the wrongs of an unconstitutional tyrannical government. They’ve awakened a sleeping giant…gun sales are at an all time high…America sees it coming…The government sees it coming, why do you think it is so important to prosecuting retired soldiers for honoring their OATH. God bless the Oath Keepers. Or why they are trying to make Kyle Rittenhouse into a felon for defending himself. When other’s killed or injured in those riots go unpunished. Make no mistake my friends, they fired the first shot…They attack us daily… We need our disabled/retired vets to step up and educate their communities before it’s too late. Educate America, Train America. Unite America.
There are better days coming, this I am sure of…when, is up to us…
